    Return & Refund Policy

    Thank you for shopping at ElectricToothbrush.xyz (“we”, “our”, “us”). We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully.

    1. Return Eligibility & Time Frame

    • Most items can be returned for a refund or replacement if the return is requested within 90 days of the purchase, unless otherwise stated.

    • Some categories (especially electronics, personal care items, hygiene products, or customized items) may have shorter return windows (e.g. 45 or 60 days) or may not be eligible for returns.

    • Returns must be initiated within the return window, and the return package sent back within 14 days of your return request.

    • Items that have been used, damaged (beyond what is necessary for inspection), missing parts/accessories, or improperly packaged may be subject to a reduced refund.

    2. How to Request a Return

    • Log in to your account and find the relevant order under “Your Orders,” then select the “Return / Refund” option.

    • Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason for return. Depending on the reason, you may be asked to provide additional information or photos.

    • If the item qualifies, you may not need to physically ship it back; otherwise, you will be given a return label and instructions.

    • Pack all items securely in one package (include original packaging, product manuals, accessories, original barcode or tags, if any).

    3. Return Shipping & Costs

    • We offer free return shipping for the first return of eligible item(s) for each order, within the return window.

    • For second or additional returns on the same order, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund (e.g. $7.99 or local equivalent) depending on region and shipping method.

    • Returns of oversized, heavy, or remote-area items may require you to pre-pay shipping; once the return is accepted, we will reimburse you.

    • If the return package is sent without our approved return label or to an incorrect address, processing may be delayed or rejected.

    4. Refunds & Processing

    • Once we receive your returned item(s) and they pass inspection, we will issue a refund.

    • Refunds may be processed as:
        • A refund back to your original payment method, or
        • A store credit or site credit (if applicable).

    • In certain cases (based on your purchase history), we may offer instant refund or advance refund before actually getting the returned item; if the returned item is not received or fails inspection, we reserve the right to reverse the refund.

    • Refunds can take 5–14 business days (or up to 30 days depending on your bank or card issuer) to appear in your account.

    • Shipping fees, import taxes, duties, or insurance costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    5. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

    • Some items are non-returnable, including (but not limited to) perishable goods, health or hygiene items after opening, customized or personalized goods, and certain promotional or gift items.

    • Always check the product page to see if an item is marked non-returnable before purchase.

    6. Missing / Damaged / Undelivered Items

    • If an item is damaged, missing parts, or not received but marked as delivered, contact us as soon as possible.

    • We may require you to submit a claim or evidence (photos, order number, tracking info).

    • If we determine the issue is our responsibility or due to the seller, we will issue a refund or replacement.

    7. Important Notices & Conditions

    • Use only the return address provided in the return instructions; if you send the item elsewhere, the return may be delayed or refused.

    • Be careful not to include items you do not intend to return. We are not responsible for items lost in wrong return packages.

    • We reserve the right to refuse a return if conditions (time, item condition, packaging, policy compliance) are not met.

    • We may update or change this policy at any time; changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page and apply to future orders.
